Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
We will dispatch products within 24-48 hours of receiving orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning.
For wholesale orders, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.
We usually ship through UPS and USPS; however, High-Not is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are happy to assist in locating your package, but it is the customer’s responsibility (B2C or B2B) to follow up on the delivery.
Order Processing & Potential Delays
While we strive to meet our stated dispatch times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or high order volumes during holidays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, we recommend:
✅ Checking with neighbors or household members.
✅ Contacting your local post office or carrier for additional details.
✅ Filing a claim directly with UPS or USPS if you suspect theft.
High-Not is not responsible for stolen packages, and customers should follow up with the carrier to resolve any disputes.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. High-Not is not liable for customs delays or additional charges. If an international order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
We offer a 10-calendar-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 10 calendar days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a High-Not error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
If any products arrive damaged or broken or part of your order is missing, you must notify the company within 3 days of delivery.
If you receive a delivery notification from High-Not and believe your order was not delivered, you must notify the company within 7 days, or you forfeit the ability to request a replacement.
Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
- If there is an issue with your wholesale order, please contact info@highnot.com within 3 days of delivery for assistance.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
