Sales & Business Development Manager

About High-Not:

We’re creating a new category in the cannabis space, offering an exciting opportunity for ambitious salespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with independent stores, large chains, smoke and vape shops, and dispensaries.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the cannabis industry and your network of contacts to introduce High-Not.
  • Spend at least two days per week traveling locally to meet with potential clients and close deals.
  • Conduct cold calls to secure new accounts and expand market reach.
  • Represent High-Not as a brand ambassador, educating retailers on its benefits and innovative value.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in at least one of the following channels: smoke and vape shops, independent stores, large chains, or dispensaries.
  • A strong network of contacts within the cannabis space.
  • Proven sales success in these channels, with the ability to close deals.
  • Willingness to drive within your area for in-person meetings at least twice a week.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation to achieve results.

Compensation:
